We are a start up company based in Cardiff, Wales. Our team is comprised of 6 members from various backgrounds who share the commonality of studying in Wales, where our love for welsh cakes blossomed. We specialise in making the highest quality welsh cakes, only sourcing our ingredients from Welsh suppliers. Our ingredients are both gluten and dairy free, as we recognise the importance of the growing health concerns of both products. Additionally, we strive to be as sustainable as possible- the environment’s health is highly important to us. Through sourcing locally, we aim to contribute to the well-being of the environment and boost the local economy, thus we are doing our utmost to protect our company’s Welsh heritage and the environment for future generations.
